Welcome to Rapid Training
RAPID Training is the sister company to RAPID Solutions, the Australian insurance agent for the major insurer of the Pest Management, Building Inspection and Agricultural Pest and Weed Industries.
RAPID Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and specialises in the training for these industries by providing full day accredited workshops and training packages endorsed by the Department of Education Science and Training (DEST).
Training to a Standard
As RAPID Training is a national company, we will conduct our training anywhere whether you are in a major city, or small country outback town, if you are interested in better educating yourself and enhancing your professionalism. The training packages and materials developed are based around distance learning and delivered to students in a variety of training styles that help allow for the individual learning techniques of the students.
We are able to deliver in this professional way because all of the trainers and hold at least a Diploma in Training and Assessment and all the trainers are involved in the research and development of all training and assessment packages. This means you get the best and most up to date information possible.
Continuing Professional Development
RAPID Training supports continuing professional development (CPD) and so any training that is released for the pest management and building inspection industries is accredited and will carry Continuing Professional Development points (CPD points).
New Programs
From time to time RAPID Training has been asked to develop individual training packages for councils, industry associations and businesses based on special needs. The structure for the individual packages has included both classroom and practical training but is always designed around the needs of the organisation and delivered to suit the course attendees.
