Graham Hellier
(Managing Director)Graham is the Managing Director of RAPID Training and is Chairman of the Board. Graham holds a Diploma in Industrial Management as well as formal qualifications in Pest Management, Food Technology. He is also a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Graham previously held senior management positions with Cadbury Schweppes and Rentokil, the world's largest pest control company before running his own pest control business for a number of years.
Graham later held the position of Managing Director of RAPID Solutions and founded their industry based insurance company. Graham holds an unrestricted pest control licence and has served in many industry positions and consultancies.
Marilyn Hellier
(Company Secretary)Marilyn has more than 18 years experience in the insurance industry including serving as the Company Secretary of RAPID Solutions. Marilyn’s experience ranges broadly from policy documentation through administration procedures and personnel management.
Keith Farrow
(Work Place Trainer/Assessor)Keith commenced his pest management career in 1980 working in management and technical management positions with Flick Pest Control in New South Wales, Queensland and the Flick Hawaiian branch. He also worked with Dow AgroSciences and was involved with the introduction of Sentricon into the Australian pest market.
Keith's training qualifications come from several years spent as a Science teacher and in teaching pest management in both NSW and Queensland TAFE systems. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science, a Diploma of Agricultural Entomology, a Diploma in Education, Certificate of Teaching, Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (Pest Management) and a Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Keith started at Rapid Training early in 2005 and is involved in all areas training and assessment.
Peter Brigden
(Work Place Trainer/Assessor)Peter commenced his career in Hamilton Victoria working for Elanco Products Company in the pastoral cattle market. Peter moved to Tamworth and was involved in both the pastoral and broad acre weed control markets. The broad changes in the urban pest management industry in 1995 saw Peter move into the urban pest industry with DowElanco. During his time in this role Peter was involved in both chemical and baiting systems for termite management. Peter moved from Dow AgroSciences to Amalgamated Pest Control Brisbane termite Division in 2000 as supervisor.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science Agriculture, Certificate III in Pest Management and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
Peter brings a broad depth of pest management experience and knowledge to the Rapid Training team.
